If you know anything about me it’s that I always advocate healthy living over quick easy fad diets and cookie cutter workout routines.
So, I have put together this quick blog post outlining my 3 best natural health and fitness tips.
- Hire a personal trainer. Seems straight forward right? You’d be surprised at how few people actually have trainers and coaches. If you’re serious about getting into shape you must hire a fitness expert to guide you.
- Count your daily calorie intake. If you don’t know how many calories you’re consuming each day, how in the hell are supposed to know whether you’re in a calorie deficit? The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume… period!
- Eliminate liquid calories. This one is something so many people miss, they chug down bottles of coke, sprite, beer, juice and then wonder why they can;t lose weight. If you’re consuming liquid calories you are fighting an uphill battle you will not win. Drink water, green tea and if you do have coffee… have an espresso.
