Cottage Cheese Loaf

Description:

Try this one for your lunch box – or any time of the day. You’ll just love the taste!

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese500g
Eggs, beaten3
Medium onion, chopped1
Mixed herbs2 heaped tsp
Wheat germ¾ cup
Fresh mushrooms, sliced1 cup
Soy milk powder2 heaped tbs
Hulled sesame seeds3 tbs
Celery, chopped1 cup
Tamari (optional)1 dsp

Procedure:

 

Preheat oven to 180oC.

Sieve cheese. Add remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds, and mix. Pour into greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden, approx. 1 hour.
